Eligible customers may be covered by our voluntary 30-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This voluntary guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Sports Protection and Proper Use

Aveyro FlexGuard™ Shin Guards are designed to provide cushioning and protection during sporting activity when properly fitted and used.

No protective sporting product can eliminate all risk of injury.

Our products should not be understood as guaranteeing prevention of:

  • Injury
  • Bruising
  • Impact-related harm
  • Accidents
  • Other sporting injuries

Customers should:

  • Select an appropriate size
  • Wear the product correctly
  • Inspect the product before use
  • Stop using the product if it becomes materially damaged or unsafe
  • Follow applicable sporting rules and equipment requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming whether a particular product satisfies the equipment requirements of their club, school, league, tournament, governing body, or competition.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility we have for supplying goods that are safe, conforming, and as described under applicable law.

All orders are subject to product availability.

An item appearing on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is accepted.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and, where necessary, cancel the affected item and issue any refund due.

  • Contain the wrong size or colour compared with the order
  • Are missing an item

The Safe Delivery Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

16. 30-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee

Eligible purchases may qualify for our voluntary 30-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee.

If the size you selected does not provide the right fit, eligible customers may request a one-time size replacement in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The product may be reasonably tried on indoors to assess fit.

Products used during training, matches, or other sporting activities may not qualify for a voluntary fit replacement solely because a different size is later preferred.

The 30-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee is a voluntary size-replacement guarantee and does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights.

17. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, the statutory right of withdrawal, our 30-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee, and other return-related matters are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

EU consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within the applicable withdrawal period, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.

18. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
